Family Friendliness
This one's more intense and modern in tone. There are space battles, deaths, a couple of emotionally heavy moments (like the destruction of Vulcan), and brief suggestive scenes (including Kirk in bed with an Orion woman). The humor is upbeat, and the action is flashy but never graphic. Teens and adults will be fine, but younger kids might find some scenes too fast-paced or emotional.

Christian Perspective
The film wrestles with themes of destiny, identity, leadership, and sacrifice.
