Plot Summary
When a tragic accident destroys his Arctic sanctuary, Mr. Freeze is driven to desperation to save the life of his cryogenically frozen wife, Nora. Learning that Batgirl shares a rare compatible blood type, Freeze abducts her and forces the disgraced Dr. Gregory Belson to perform an illegal organ transplant.
