Plot Summary
In a world struggling to redefine itself after the Blip, Sam Wilson steps fully into his role as Captain America II. As tensions rise between superhuman factions and geopolitical powers, President Thaddeus Ross reactivates old initiatives to restore order—including some that threaten freedom itself.
