Plot Summary
Wade Wilson has retired—until the Time Variance Authority recruits him for a mission that rips him through the multiverse. Along the way, he meets a jaded version of Logan, one who’s seen his world collapse. As the two reluctantly team up, they uncover a plan by Cassandra Nova to destabilize reality itself. Between multiversal hijinks, fourth-wall breaks, and tragic revelations, Deadpool and Wolverine are forced to confront who they are and what they’ve lost.

Overview
Deadpool & Wolverine, directed by Shawn Levy, marks the R-rated arrival of Deadpool into the MCU with his signature blend of mayhem and meta-commentary. The film weaves together old Fox X-Men canon and new Marvel threads with emotionally weighted performances—especially from Jackman’s Wolverine. While it never takes itself too seriously, it meaningfully explores grief, redemption, and identity.

Family Friendliness & Christian Perspective
Not suitable for children due to pervasive language, graphic violence, and crude content. Spiritually, the film is a reminder that even the most damaged people are capable of change (Romans 12:2). While messy in tone, its core story revolves around sacrifice, mercy, and healing relationships. As always with Deadpool, strong discernment is advised.
