Synopsis
A space shuttle is hijacked in mid-air, and Bond is sent to investigate aerospace magnate Hugo Drax. He uncovers a megalomaniac plot to wipe out humanity and repopulate the Earth with a “perfect” species from space. Teaming up with CIA agent Dr. Holly Goodhead, Bond races from Venice to Rio to Earth’s orbit in one of the franchise’s most over-the-top adventures.

Overview
Moonraker was Bond’s answer to Star Wars mania, with a high camp factor and a rocket-load of gadgets. It's fun, flashy, and completely ridiculous at times—but also entertaining. Roger Moore leans fully into the charm and wit here, and the production design is grand. If you’re into sci-fi Bond, this is your jam.

Family Friendliness
The film contains stylized violence, suggestive material, and some intense moments (like death by python and laser battles). There’s no strong language or gore, but it’s definitely a teen-level PG by today’s standards. The space scenes may appeal to younger viewers, but the content is aimed at an older audience.
