Synopsis
When the evil wizard Gargamel chases the Smurfs out of their magical village, they fall through a portal and end up smack in the middle of Central Park—New York City, that is. Now these tiny blue troublemakers must navigate the big city, find a way home, and keep their secrets safe from their nemesis, all while helping a young couple with their own life crisis.

Overview
This movie blends live-action with CGI to reintroduce the Smurfs to a new generation. It’s goofy, fast-paced, and very much aimed at kids—though adults might appreciate the nostalgic nods and some pop-culture jokes. It’s not a deep movie by any stretch, but it’s colorful, silly fun with enough heart to work for family night.

Family Friendliness
