Plot Summary:

Baron Wolf von Frankenstein (Basil Rathbone) returns to his father's ancestral castle with his wife Elsa (Josephine Hutchinson) and son Peter (Donnie Dunagan). Determined to redeem his father's tarnished reputation, Wolf discovers the comatose body of the Monster (Boris Karloff) and, with the help of the devious Ygor (Bela Lugosi), attempts to revive it. However, the Monster responds only to Ygor's commands, leading to tragic consequences as the villagers turn against the Frankensteins.
